Description

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: asap
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hours guaranteed
Shift Requirements: Primarily 8 hour day shifts primarily 0700-1530
Float Requirements: Yes.
On Call/Call-Back: 1 night of call per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 back up per week. Could on occasion need additional call. Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minumun is 2 hours.
Weekend/Holiday: Every 3rd-4th weekend and holiday rotation
Required Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, WI RN License, required.
Minimum Experience: 2+ year OR experience. Conscious sedation REQUIRED
Required skills: Required Skillset: Perivascular OR experience REQUIRED.
Charting/Equipment: Epic preferred
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Vascular, open and Endovascular-OR
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: any color
