Submission Requirements

Minimum 2 years current experience in Outpatient Oncology & Infusion [REQUIRED]
MUST BE CHEMO CERTIFIED [REQUIRED]
Port/Catheter/Fistula experience [REQUIRED]
IV Cert/Peripheral IV Insertion experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Previous travel experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
BSN [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

Certification Requirements

ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA)
Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Infusion Certification

State License Requirements
