Registered Nurse (RN) – Supervisor (Day Shift)

Location: Rio Rancho, NM 87124
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Preferred hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high‑quality patient care
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance during assigned shifts
• Assist with staffing coordination, assignments, and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and care standards
• Respond to clinical issues, emergencies, and patient concerns
• Perform patient assessments and assist with care as needed
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (New Mexico or compact‑eligible)
• Previous experience in a nurse supervisor or charge nurse role preferred
• BLS OR CPR Certifiaction
