Unit info ages, birth to death. Primarily adults with occasional pediatric (there is a nearby Level 1 Pedi trauma center). Emergency Department includes a locked behavioral health unit that can hold a census of 12.
Required Certification: ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, CONSCIOUS SEDATION, IV START, TELEMETRY, TRIAGE, VENTS.
Preferred Certifications: ENPC, SANE(Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner), CHARGE NURSE EXPERIENCE
Experience- 2 years of level 1 trauma experience.
Scrubs- Navy Blue
