Required Skills:

• Valid OT license in South Dakota
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong assessment and individualized treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced healthcare setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient therapy services
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities

Other Requirements:

• Valid OT license for South Dakota
• Ability to work scheduled hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Capacity to handle a caseload of 6–9 patients daily
• Flexibility to start as soon as possible; open until the right candidate is found
