Occupational Therapist travel contract in Philip, SD
Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel/Contract Occupational Therapist for an immediate opportunity at a critical access hospital in Philip, SD
Job Description & Requirements:
OT's are required to have at least 1 years of experience of strong Long-term Care and skilled swingbed experience - must be comfortable in a critical access environment.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Compensation: Up to $3,080 gross weekly pay depending on experience level
Shift/Schedule: Days 5x8's, 8:00am-4:30pm
Setting: LTC, Skilled Swinngbed, with limited Outpatient coverage
Caseload: Typically 6-9 patients per day
Licensure/Certifications: South Dakota OT license
RTO: Unit manager will approve up to five days of requested time off
