Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med-Surg (required), Psych (required), Rehab (preferred)
- Travel experience preferred.
- Certs REQ: BLS, CPI
- License REQ: An active Licensed RN following state regulations is required.
Description:
- Shift: Rotating shifts: Days/Nights/Weekends 5 days a week-40 hours
- Job Responsibilities - • Administers and monitors treatment regimens • Administers prescribed medications • Observes and reports behavioral changes • Maintains control of drugs and medications • Triage emergent client medical issues and coordinate care with the Nursing Staff, PA, NP, Medical Director and outside providers. • Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms.
