Description
Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Oklahoma
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every other weekend rotation
On-Call: Not required
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Handle a wide range of emergency medical situations with efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond quickly to life-threatening situations and prioritize care accordingly
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of strong Emergency Room experience
- Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pediatric Emergency Room experience
Work Schedule:
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
