Description
Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery / Postpartum
Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 (based on request)
Important Requirement:
• Labor and Postpartum experience is required – hard stop
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and assist with labor management
• Support postpartum recovery and newborn care
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care using Epic EMR
• Float between like units as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Labor and Postpartum experience required
• First time travelers not accepted
• Epic charting experience required
• Pending licenses not accepted
• Locals not accepted
Certifications Required:
• BLS
• ACLS
• AWHONN Intermediate
• NRP
Preferred Certification:
• AWHONN Advanced
Additional Details:
• Block scheduling not available
• Floating may be required between similar units
