Certs REQ: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's
Special Requirements: Epic experience at a 3 or 4 required. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

• SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
