Unit CVOR Tech - PEN # Suites 16 Average # of cases per day 30 Required Certifications CO Dora, BLS, CST Common Cases Hearts, Vascular, Thoracic, General, Neuro, Spine, Robotics, Ortho Experience or 'Must have' skills Open heart and enovascular exeperience Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Self scheduling and block scheduling Weeknight/Call Requirements one weekday per month Weekend/Call Requirements on weekend (Fr-Sun) per month Holiday/Call Requirements dependant on contract What is call response time? 30 mins, facility has call room Floating Requirements yes, to general OR Scrub Color/Dress Code scrubs provided Unit/Department specific orientation will get to CVOR and General OR
