Qualifications
Description
Location: Lubbock, TX
Contract Length: 16 Weeks (possible extension)
Start Date: 05/04/2026
Shift: Nights (4x12s) – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule: 48 hours/week (includes OT)
Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care
Trauma Level: Level II
Compensation:
Weekly Pay: $2,800 – $2,910/week (gross)
Taxable Pay: ~$1,664/week
Stipends (Non-Taxable): ~$1,246/week
OT Rate: $48/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Manage ventilators and critical care equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Active RN license (TX or Compact)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience with ventilators, drips, and critical care procedures
- Neuro ICU experience preferred
