Description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an IR RN to work at a facility in Hermiston , OR. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $76.28 / hour
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as an IR RN
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of OR
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after IR procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes
- Assist physicians during procedures, including medication administration
- Prepare patients and the procedure room
- Educate patients and families on procedures and post-procedure care
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure infection control
- Document patient care and procedure details
- Coordinate with radiologists, IR techs, and other staff
- Respond to emergencies and complications during procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
