<p>Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Tele/Med/Surg, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience. Charge nurse experience preferred.<br />Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)<br />Patient Population: Complex Med/Surg/Tele patients. Post cardiac caths with interventions, CVA/TIA, ICD. Complex abdominal surgeries (open bellies/colons), oncology, cranis POD 2.<br />Skillset:<br />REQUIRED: NIHSS/dysphagia screen/strong neuro assessement skills. Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation (TRAVELERS REQUIRED TO PASS TELE TESTS), Intitate/titrate drips (Insulin, cardiac, Heparin, etc.), heart cath recovery (fem. &amp; TR bands). Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills!<br />PREFERRED: NG/PEG tubes, PIV insertion, Tikosyn doing, chest tubes.<br />Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates</p>
