Shift:Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with possible rotation of 1 weekend day per month.
Qualifications:
Charting System::EPIC
** Must have Home Health experience 1 yr or greater**
Distance/Counties covered: Clarksburg Blue Team Cover Marion, Taylor and the remainder of Harrison..
# patients treated per day: 5-6 visits in 8 hours.
Certs Required BLS, WV license or compact state license
Pay Breakdown:5x8 Days
Weekly Gross:$2,610/week + milage reimbusment
Hourly Blended Rate:$65.25/hr
Taxable Weekly:$1,280/week
Weekly Stipend:$1,330/week
