Job Title: Ultrasound Tech – Vascular / Echo Location: Plainview, TX Facility: Providence Covenant Health Plainview Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 05/04/2026 Shift: Day | 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)<h3>Job Overview:</h3>We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech with both Vascular and Echo experience for a fast-paced acute care setting. This role requires full proficiency in echocardiography and vascular studies, as no training will be provided.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Perform vascular ultrasound and echocardiography studies</li><li>Conduct Adult Echo, Contrast Echo, and Stress Echo (Treadmill)</li><li>Complete general ultrasound exams (OB, abdominal, breast, transvaginal, etc.)</li><li>Utilize Doppler, duplex, and color flow imaging</li><li>Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams</li><li>Assist with precepting staff when needed</li></ul><h3>Requirements (Hard Stops):</h3><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience</li><li>ARDMS / RVT / RDCS / CCI certifications</li><li>BLS certification</li><li>Strong experience in both Vascular AND Echo (required)</li><li>Proficiency in Epic charting</li></ul><h3>Additional Details:</h3><ul><li>On-call required:<ul><li>Weekdays: 5 PM – 8 AM</li><li>Weekends: 24-hour call</li></ul></li><li>No block scheduling</li><li>Patient ratio: approx. 8:1</li><li>49-bed acute care facility (Level IV Trauma Center)</li><li>First-time travelers accepted</li></ul><h3>Important Notes:</h3><ul><li>Candidates must be fully skilled in Echo + Vascular (no training provided)</li><li>RTO must be submitted upfront</li><li>Travelers may need to float if required</li></ul>
