Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams in a high-tech operating room environment. The Surgical Technologist will assist during procedures, maintain sterile fields, prepare surgical instruments, and ensure operating rooms are fully equipped for a wide range of procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The facility features 26 advanced operating suites supporting both inpatient and outpatient procedures across all age groups, including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Specialties include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neurology, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• National Surgical Technologist Certification
• New Hampshire Med Tech License (must apply upon acceptance)
• Prior Operating Room experience preferred
• Trauma Level required

Shift Details:

• Flexible Shift Options Available:
  • 40 Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM / 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• 30-Minute Unpaid Meal Break
• No On-Call (Regular Schedule)
• Additional Requirement: 4–5 off-shift/on-call obligations during the 13-week contract (may include weekday nights or weekends)
