Description

Position: RN – Telemetry (Unit 4N Cardiac)
Location: Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, KS

Start Dates: 05/11
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry experience
Experience with TR Bands post-procedure
Familiarity with cardiac drips (primarily Heparin, Bumex, Lasix, Cardizem)
Experience with Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process

Preferred Experience:

2–5 years of telemetry experience

Licensure/Certifications:

Active Kansas RN license
BLS & ACLS required

Additional Details: -Floating required to all acute care units -Every other weekend required -No on-call requirement -Holiday coverage based on unit needs (required to work Memorial Day and July 4th) -New graduates will not be considered. -Clinicians are advised to avoid requesting time off during the World Cup period (June 11 – July 19). Any requested time off within this timeframe should be kept to a minimum, as approval by managers is not guaranteed.
