Location: 911 S Bypass Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501
Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: Nights 07:00PM to 07:00AM
Target start date: ASAP

Travel rates:
48 hours per week (More than 50 miles from the facility)
$40/HR (40 Regular hours) $1,600
$60/OT (8 Overtime hours) $480
Meal Allowance: $68/day ($476/week)
Lodging Reimbursement: $110/day ($770/week)
$3,326 gross per week
