Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg/Telemetry Float Pool. This role requires flexibility to float across multiple units while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in MedSurg and Telemetry units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Adapt quickly to different unit workflows and patient populations
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

Requirements

• Active RN License (State or Compact)
• Minimum 2+ years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Experience with floating across multiple units strongly preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
