Description
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Travel Contract
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (07:00 – 15:30)
Float Required: Yes – to outpatient department, one block away
Call Required: Yes – manager to discuss
Weekend Coverage: Call only
Experience Required: 2 years
Certifications Required:
ARRT N and/or NMTCB
Skills Required:
- Bone Scan
- Whole Body
- Myocardial – Exercise/Rest (Multiple Procedures)
- Gastric Emptying
- HIDA Scan
- PET Scan
- Starting and maintaining IVs
- Isolation Precautions/PPE
- Storing/Handling/Disposal of Radioactive Materials
- Thyroid Studies
- Lung Scan – Ventilation/Perfusion
Work Setting: Hospital
Charting System: Epic (preferred – noted but not required)
