Travel RN Emergency - Level I Trauma 

Oklahoma City, OK 

Duration: 12 weeks

Nights | EOW

Required Skills:

• Minimum of one year of professional travel nursing experience, preferably in emergency or acute care settings
• Strong knowledge of nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to efficiently organize, plan, and evaluate nursing services
• Competence in documenting patient responses, medical interventions, and changes in physician orders
• Skilled in obtaining and monitoring physiological data, recognizing abnormal findings, and intervening as necessary
• Experience administering medications, including IV infusions and blood products
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
• Basic computer proficiency

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with minor diagnostic procedures or treatments in an emergency setting
• Additional certifications in advanced life support or emergency care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher preferred

Other Requirements:

• Active RN license issued by the appropriate state board or multistate compact license (eNLC)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for shift work and potential call hours
• Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Must have Driver License and SSC details for submission
• Must have completed Skills Checklist on file for submission
• Must have 2 references on file for submission
