Description

Requirements:

Active NJ RN license required
Minimum 2 years recent Home Health experience
Med-Surg skills required
OASIS & EPIC EMR experience required
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Schedule:

Every 5th weekend
Every other holiday

Patient Population:

Primarily hospital and SNF discharges
Wound care, wound vacs, PleurX drains, ostomies
Heart failure, diabetes, oncology, post-surgical, and orthopedic cases

Productivity:

6 visits per day (admissions count as 2 visits)

Note: No mileage reimbursement
