Description
- OB/GYN ultrasound
- Shift: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm
- ARDMS or ARRT
The various scans performed in the office setting are:
Obstetric Scans
- First Trimester: Viability, dating, fetal heart activity. Ectopic pregnancy and early complication assessment.
- Second & Third Trimester: Fetal anatomy survey, growth assessment's and biometry, amniotic fluid evaluation, placental location and abnormalities, cervical length assessment.
- High risk/advanced OB scans: limited doppler studies, biophysical profiles, targeted or limited follow-up exams as indicated.
Gynecologic Scans
- Transabdominal and transvaginal pelvic ultrasounds. Assessment of: uterus, ovaries, adnexa, fibroids, cysts, masses, abnormal bleeding or pain. Evaluation of IUD placement.
