The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being during overnight shifts.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</li><li>Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to the RN or physician</li><li>Assist with daily living activities and support CNA staff as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies</li></ul><h3><strong>Schedule Details:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>12-hour overnight shifts:</strong> 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM</li><li><strong>Every other weekend rotation required</strong></li><li>34.5 hours per week</li></ul><h3><strong>Additional Information:</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience in long-term care / nursing home setting preferred</li><li>Must be comfortable working overnight shifts</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li>Active LPN license</li><li>Strong clinical and patient care skills</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities</li></ul><p> </p>
