- Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Description
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Must have both MedSurg and OB/L&D experience
- Candidate will primarily work MedSurg
- Must be capable of handling Labor & Delivery / OB cases when needed
- Active RN License (Oregon preferred)
- Willing to wait for license
- Charting System: TruBridge – Evident (training provided)
- Flexible to work in a small, multi-specialty hospital
- Open to varied patient load and responsibilities
Certifications (Required)
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (Fetal Heart Monitoring)
Important Unit Expectations
- Candidate will:
- Work mostly MedSurg
- Be cross-trained / ready for OB & L&D cases
- When OB patients arrive → assigned to OB floor
- Facility prefers 2 L&D nurses during deliveries
- Must be comfortable handling variety of patient types (small hospital setting)
