ER Registered Nurse 
Location: Shiprock, NM 87420 

Pay Rate: $58 per hour + $1,246 Travel Stipends  
Schedule: Day shift. The time can vary according to the needs of each facility and/or clinic.12-hour, 8-hour, or 10-hour Tour of Duty. Includes weekends and holidays. 

Contract Length: 6 months with the option to extend

Requirements: 

• 1+ year ER or acute care experience 
• Current RN license 
• Active BLS  

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver hands-on emergency care including triage, assessment, and treatment of patients across all acuity levels 
• Quickly recognize and respond to critical conditions, including trauma and life-threatening emergencies 
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions with accuracy and efficiency 
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes 
• Monitor, reassess, and document patient status in real time using EHR systems 
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions 
• Maintain compliance with EMTALA, HIPAA, and nursing best practices 
• Support a safe, efficient ER environment while helping manage patient flow
