Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Utica, NY

Contract Details:

Duration: 13 Weeks (05/11/2026 – 08/09/2026)
Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Floating: Required (to all units except Behavioral & ER unless holding)

Pay Package:

Gross Weekly: $2,812
Stipend: $1,246/week
W2 Hourly Rate: $43.50/hr

Unit Overview:

42-bed ICU (Neuro/Med, CTICU, Surgical/Trauma)
Patient Types: Stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, CHF, post-STEMI, trauma, post-op, cardiogenic shock
Equipment: IABP, CRRT (Prismaflex/NxStage), ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun (TTM)

Requirements:

2+ years ICU experience (SICU, CTICU, Trauma, Neuro, or MS ICU)
CRRT & Prismaflex experience required
Cardiac/heart experience highly preferred
Charge nurse experience preferred
Active NY RN License (NURSYS required)
AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
EPIC experience required
