Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown unit providing care to patients requiring close monitoring post-ICU or with complex conditions. Both day and night shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor cardiac/telemetry patients and assess changes in condition
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Provide patient and family education
Requirements:
- Active NY RN license
- BLS & ACLS required
- Minimum 1–2 years of Stepdown/Telemetry experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
