Description
Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 or 26 weeks (traveler’s choice)
- Shift Options: 4x12 Variable or 3x12 Variable (traveler’s choice)
- Shift Type: Days or Nights based on facility needs
- No routine rotation between day/night shifts (rare exceptions for urgent staffing needs)
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
- First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
- Certifications: BLS required
- Skills: Long Term Care experience required
Patient Care Details
- Patient Ratio: 1:20
- Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
- On-Call: Not required
Scheduling & Policies
- Block Scheduling: Not available
- Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
- Facility may cancel 1 (12-hour) shift per 2-week period
Candidate Requirements
- Local Candidates: Not accepted (must reside 50+ miles from facility)
