Travel Cath Lab Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab

We are seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for an 8-week assignment in an acute care hospital setting. This is a rapid-response opportunity ideal for a tech who can start quickly and is comfortable working in a fast-paced cardiac environment.

Job Overview

• Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist
• Schedule: 5x8s (Day Shift)
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP (rapid start required)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and sterile field
• Monitor patients during procedures and support procedural workflow
• Support procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, and electrophysiology studies
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile technique
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• Active state license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Additional Details

• Monday–Friday schedule with call required
• On-call requirement includes approximately every 3rd weekend and 10–13 days per month
• Floating may be required
• Must be able to start within 7–10 days of offer acceptance
