Key Responsibilities

• Circulate during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure adherence to surgical protocols
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety compliance

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience (Required)
• Experience circulating in General, Orthopedic, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT cases
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS and PALS certifications (Preferred)

Unit & Facility Details

• 4 operating rooms
• 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Variety of surgical cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT

Schedule

• Full-time
• Start date: ASAP
• Orientation offered weekly (Mondays)
• Shift details to be discussed during interview
• Weekend and call requirements vary (discussed during interview)
