Description
Performs routine imaging examinations in Diagnostic Radiology on a scheduled and emergency
basis. Reviews and evaluates requisitions for Diagnostic imaging procedures, abstracting data
from patient charts and determining appropriateness of procedure prescribed given diagnosis and clinical signs for routine examinations.Identifies and reports equipment malfunctions through the INeedit application.Knowledgeable in operating equipment in the following areas; plain films, portable imaging
and fluoroscopy in the operating room and fluoroscopy suite.Proficient in all Radiology applications; Citrix, Radnet, powerchart, Allocade, Radstar, Radboard and commonly used computer programs.
