Hospital Pharmacist – Acute Care (Travel) | Pottstown, PA | $3,200 Weekly

GHR Healthcare is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist for a 13-week travel contract in Pottstown, PA. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced acute care hospital supporting both inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical services.

Located just outside Philadelphia, this assignment offers a strong weekly package along with access to a great area for both work and lifestyle.

POSITION DETAILS

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,200
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 2, 2026)
• Schedule: 5x8s Day Shift (hours between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Pharmacy Department
• Location: Pottstown, PA (Montgomery County – Philadelphia area)

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Minimum 1+ year acute care hospital experience

• AHA BLS Certification

   

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols
• Review and verify physician orders, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Perform medication reconciliation and monitor for drug interactions
• Provide clinical pharmacy support and medication counseling
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support daily pharmacy operations including inventory and IV/sterile admixture as needed
