Description
RN – Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) | Marion, IA
ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – ADON for a 4-week assignment. This role offers 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hrs/week), working Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional weekend on-call coverage.
Pay Rate: $56/hour (Negotiable)
Responsibilities: Support nursing leadership in daily operations, oversee resident care coordination, assist with clinical decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide guidance to nursing staff.
Requirements: Active RN license and prior experience in long-term care or supervisory/leadership roles preferred.
