UNIT Info

 

• Patients/Scans per day: 4
• Equipment:  Artis Zee c-arm, Impella, IABP, Acist Injector
• Types of Patients: peripheral/coronary angio, PCI, pacemaker procedures
• Scrubs:  hospital provided, light blue

Submission Requirements

Quickly interviewing viable candidates:  Phone call/text from a 405 area code

• 24 months experience in Cardiac/Cath Lab [required]
• NO 1st time travelers, must have completed at least '1' travel contract in previous 12 mos.
• Equipment experience:  Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella [required]
• Additional Equipment experience: Maquet IABP, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Proficient with fluoroscopy [required]
• Proficiency and comfort in: peripheral and coronary angio cases [required]
• Proficiency and comfort in: PCI & pacemaker procedures [required]
• Iowa Radiology license [highly preferred] -- will accept non licensed applicants; must apply for license at offer acceptance
• ARRT or RCIS certificate [required] [document]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Cardiac Cath experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Cardiac Cath) – [required]
• active Iowa Radiology license at time of submission – [highly preferred] [document] -- can apply at time of acceptance
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Driver’s License [document] [required]
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS; advance cardiac life support – [document] [required]
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS; basic life support – [document] [required]
• ARRT or CCI - RCIS [document] [required]
