Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients based on physician referrals using standardized assessment tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and psychosocial skills
- Design and recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care programs
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise students as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
