🛠️ Job Description
Join a CVU Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit managing cardiac and post-surgical patients:
- Care for patients post cardiac procedures (stents, TAVR, etc.)
- Manage CHF, arrhythmias, and stepdown-level acuity cases
- Work in a fast-paced unit with diverse patient population
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year Stepdown experience
- Strong cardiac experience REQUIRED
- Travel experience REQUIRED
- EKG proficiency REQUIRED
- Must be comfortable floating to similar units
- Active Michigan RN License
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
