Description
OR Tech – CVOR | 13 Weeks Assignment
Location: Cooperstown, NY
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Overview
- Certified Surgical Technician (CVOR)
- Long-term assignment in Operative Services
Unit Details
- 12 Operating Rooms
- 25–30 cases per day
- Primary specialties: General Surgery, Orthopedics
- Additional cases: Plastics, Neuro, Vascular, ENT, GYN, Urology, GI, Pain Management, Cardiac, Thoracic, Podiatry
Responsibilities
- Assist in CVOR procedures
- Support multiple surgical service lines
- Maintain strong knowledge of OR equipment and sterile techniques
- Work with a wide range of surgical tools and vendor-supported equipment
Call Requirements
- 4–5 call shifts per month
- Must be flexible with a variety of case types during call
Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
- Strong CVOR/OR experience
- Ability to work across multiple specialties
