Unit Notes:* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. There are a lot of cultural diversity, different religious beliefs and economic status. We treat everyone the same with respect for whatever they believe. We see Oncology patients from diagnosis to remission but if not we help them to go peacefully to the next stage.
