Description

Pharmacist – 1 Year Contract
Santa Fe, NM

DT-Trak Consulting Inc. is hiring a Pharmacist for a 1-year federal contract supporting the Indian Health Service. Work at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center with possible rotation to a nearby clinic.

Compensation
• $33/hour taxed
• $49.50/hour overtime
• $1,729/week per diem
• $500 travel allowance
• $3,049/week gross based on 40 hours

Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Contract Length
• 1 year

Responsibilities
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Dispense medications and counsel patients
• Monitor drug interactions and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with providers on treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with federal and facility guidelines

Requirements
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state
• Recent clinical or outpatient pharmacy experience
• BLS certification
• Ability to pass background check and credentialing
