🕒 Shift: Days | 10-Hour Shifts
💰 Compensation Package
- Gross Weekly Pay: $3,470
- W2 Rate: $20/hour
- Weekly Stipend: $2,670
🔍 Position Overview
As an IR Technologist, you will support minimally invasive, image-guided procedures across multiple specialties including Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Hybrid procedures, and Endovascular Neurosurgery. You will play a critical role in delivering advanced patient care in both Radiology and OR settings.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Operate advanced imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Perform sterile scrub and circulate cases in IR and OR environments
- Assist with a wide range of procedures including:
- Angiography & embolization
- Venous access & venography
- Myelography
- Abdominal interventions
- Paracentesis & thoracentesis
- Biopsies, TIPS, dialysis access/fistula work
- Y90/SIRT procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, APPs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to all protocols
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in Neuro, Cardiac, or Vascular procedures (required)
- Experience in both diagnostic and interventional IR cases
- Comfortable working in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Proven experience in Interventional Radiology
📜 Certifications & Licensure
- ARRT Certification (required)
- Massachusetts State Radiography License (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
