Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Mon-Fri- 8-430

On Call/Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month minimum with LPN back up

What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible):
• RNs perform a variety of duties to care for and comfort the sick, injured, or others requiring medical services. RNs require substantial specialized skill to carry out their duties.
• The RN performs nursing procedures to treat and rehabilitate clients. The RN supervises and motivates staff and participates in the assessment of client needs. The RN also implements client care by:
o Assuring that the psycho-social needs and the safety and physical comfort of the client are identified and met o Performing nursing procedures for which his or her training has provided the necessary skills and
judgments o Assisting with the rehabilitation of clients according to the care plan
o Observing and recording all pertinent information and reporting to the appropriate supervisor
o Teaching clients, family members, and auxiliary nursing personnel proper health maintenance care
o Evaluation of client care outcomes.

Must have qualifications/experience: Minimum 3 years RN experience. 1 year home health experience as RN.
