Job Description: Women's Services (LDRP) - Director
We are seeking an experienced Director of Labor & Delivery to lead clinical and operational excellence in a high-quality maternal care setting in Western Colorado. This role oversees staff leadership, patient care standards, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- BSN and Master’s degree required
- Active RN license (CO or eligible)
- 10+ years L&D experience and 5+ years leadership experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
