RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide respiratory care across various patient populations</li><li>Administer and monitor oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments</li><li>Manage ventilators and airway support as needed</li><li>Assess and document patient respiratory status</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>Float between units and possibly to a nearby facility (~25 minutes away) Work Expectations</li><li>Patient Ratio: 1:3</li><li>Floating: Required (including nearby facility if needed)</li><li>Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend</li><li>On-Call: Not required</li><li>Block Scheduling: Required Required Qualifications</li><li>Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential</li><li>Active Washington (WA) license – must be in hand at submission</li><li>Previous travel experience required</li><li>Experience working in critical access or similar settings preferred</li></ul>
