This role involves providing therapy services in participants homes, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a dedicated care team.Schedule:<ul><li>Travel Pay: $2965/Week</li><li>13 Weeks</li><li>Start Date: ASAP</li><li>Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM</li><li>No on-call duties or weekend work required</li></ul>Location: Regular home visits in Mercer County &amp; North Burlington CountyRequirements:<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.</li><li>Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ.</li><li>AHA BLS Certification required.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with adult geriatrics.</li><li>Experience in home health and senior care is essential.</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation required.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in pelvic floor therapy.</li><li>Training in Herman &amp; Wallace Level 1A or equivalent.</li></ul>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment:<ul><li>Frequent standing, walking, and driving.</li><li>Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, and reaching.</li></ul>
