Description

About: interim RN Hospice Nurse Case Manager for Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, Covers 5 counties, but mostly Allegheny. Must be a registered RN. Sivitz Hospice- Pittsburgh, PA- main office check-in and mandatory one-a week meetings. Will be 6-8 visits per week typically - most of patients are within 10-mile radius of main campus and then charting, visit notes, phone calls, etc.

Territory: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, Covers 5 counties, but mostly Allegheny

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday - approximately 8:00-4:30p - need to have flexibility if situation warrants it - 36-40 hours a week - typically 40 hours unless census were to drop - client would then find work to keep individual busy for minimum of 36 hours.

Mileage: .585 per mile from arriving at first patient visit to arriving at last patient visit

Census - usually around 20 or less - Hospice residents; average census of about 10 patients; mixture of facilities and at home. Currently 17 patients in entire department

Travel: Local only - Must have a car and able to travel

On call: 2 nights a week on-call, but do not get calls usually (steady weekend nurse; so, no weekends unless covering vacation/PTO)

Pay: $50-$53 per hour
