Mammography Technologist – Outpatient Imaging
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role
• Day shift schedule (no nights or on-call)
• Outpatient breast imaging environment
• State-of-the-art mammography equipment
• Patient-centered, team-based workflow

Shift Details

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Consistent daytime hours

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with established protocols
• Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient comfort while maintaining professionalism and compassionate care
• Maintain compliance with MQSA, safety, and quality control standards
• Prepare and maintain mammography equipment and examination rooms
• Document procedures accurately within the imaging and reporting systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support timely diagnosis
• Educate patients on procedures and address questions or concerns

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARRT Certification in Mammography (Required)
• Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (as applicable)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong commitment to patient care, safety, and image quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
