Description

Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedic
Location: Clover, South Carolina (Lake Wylie area)
Address: 131 Evergreen Rd, Ste 105, Clover, SC 29710

Assignment Details:

Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift
Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed (expected to work up to 40 hours/week)
Contract Type: Travel / Local Accepted
On-Call: Not required

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with clinic staff and providers
Float to nearby clinics if required

Workload & Expectations:

Patient Volume: 12–14 patients per day
Productivity Target: ~60 visits per week
Double-booking: Expected for follow-up visits

Candidate Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (SC or compact)
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Good documentation and time-management skills
