Position Overview:
- Deliver specialized, small-group instruction in a resource room setting, focusing on K-5 core academic subjects tailored to individual student needs.
- Manage a dedicated caseload, including the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student services, and maintaining accurate progress monitoring.
- Partner daily with the Special Education team and general education teachers to ensure integrated support and student success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Texas Special Education AND Generalist (K-5) Certifications
- Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card (FAST)
- Proven competency in elementary core academic content areas
