Position Overview: 

  • Deliver specialized, small-group instruction in a resource room setting, focusing on K-5 core academic subjects tailored to individual student needs.
  • Manage a dedicated caseload, including the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student services, and maintaining accurate progress monitoring.
  • Partner daily with the Special Education team and general education teachers to ensure integrated support and student success.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Valid Texas Special Education AND Generalist (K-5) Certifications
  • Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card (FAST)
  • Proven competency in elementary core academic content areas
